Mike Berg has been helping businesses offer comprehensive and competitive benefit plans to the top companies in Albuquerque for over 25 years. He is experienced in not only national health insurance regulations but also regulations specifically to the State of New Mexico. His team specializes in both individual and group plans that offer the very best coverage for the client. Through a combination of funding mechanisms, wellness initiatives, effective communication and consumer driven healthcare, Mike has been able to assist clients with controlling costs. His innovative, proactive delivery mode insures that employers have the very best plan in place to effectively attract and retain good employees.

Mike was born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He attended college at The University of New Mexico and has a degree in Accounting. He enjoys playing golf, entertaining with his wife, Pam and traveling with his wife to see his three kids Jennifer, Justin and Jessica.

A University of New Mexico graduate majoring in Psychology with a minor in Sociology, Stephanie Salcido has been with Mike Berg and Associates since 2007. Prior to joining the Northwestern team she was with Presbyterian Health Plan as a senior account executive for large group and ASO sales. Stephanie started her career in the employee benefit field in 1985 with Mercer Consulting as a technical analyst working on large accounts.

When not at work, Stephanie enjoys time with her husband of 24 years riding Harleys or horses and spending time with her 3 children and traveling with her standard poodles.

In 2016 Jennifer Huynh started her career with Mike Berg and Associates as a customer service representative. Finding ways to advance and help our company grow, she obtained her license in Life Accident and Health in July of 2017 and is now on her way to working with groups located here in New Mexico.

Jennifer was born and raised in Santa Ana, California and moved to Albuquerque, New Mexico with her family in 2004. She attended Central New Mexico Community College, Carrington College and has a degree in Medical Assisting. Prior to joining our team, Jennifer worked for UNM Hospital as a Medical Assistant. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening with her husband, cooking and raising their one-year old son Peyson.
